Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return policy extends for 7 days from the date of receiving your item. During this period, you can request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, is also required.

Initiating a return is easy; simply contact us at direwolfclothing1@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. This allows us to promptly address the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Exchanges

For a swift exchange, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for gift cards or discontinued items.
